Refund policy

Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an item has been opened or used.
However, returns or replacements are accepted in the following cases:
✔ Damaged product
✔ Manufacturing defect
✔ Wrong item delivered
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
